How can we optimize the concept of the KMO-Connectdays?
An integrated research approach has been chosen, where we deployed 3 online Surveys. 1 among the visitors, 1 among the exhibitors and 1 among the participants of the KMO- Connected Congress. In order to get the best quality of feedback and to increase the response, the Surveys were completely anonymous.
All 3 parties want to go “back to basics”: an all-in formula on 1 day (instead of 2 days) at an accessible and attractive location with a focus on networking and gaining inspiration through fascinating key notes.
